General Instructions for Booking Online Appointment
  1. Applicants are requested to cancel their appointment in case of their inability to appear at the Embassy as per the booked slot. Cancellation is possible until 12 Hrs prior to the date of appointment. Canceled slot will then be automatically open to other applicants.
  2. Time for submission of applications post appointment is between 0930 to 1230 hrs from Monday to Friday.
  3. Applicant must carry his/her passport/ID card, print of the appointment confirmation email, completed application form, and the required documents as per the checklist required for specific consular services at the time of visiting the Embassy.
